BNI contributes to the cost of the Cikampek Layang Toll II project

JAKARTA (IFT) – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, also contributed to the Jakarta Cikampek II (Layang) elevated toll road project. The project is owned by PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC), a company majority-owned by PT Jasa Marga.

BNI's contribution to syndicated financing is to provide an investment credit with a maximum credit of Rp 1.40. On the total value of developing investment of Rp 16.23 trillion, Rp 11.36 trillion (70 percent) is financed by a syndicated bank. This toll road construction process reached 40.2% in July 2018. The toll road is expected to be commercially exploited in March 2019.

As part of this syndicated bank financing, BNI is named Joint Lead Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner (JMLAB) with BRI, BCA, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga and PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI)

BNI not only provides syndicated financing, but also supports all of Jasa Marga's activities by providing Corporate Card and E-Payment services for toll sections. For employees of Jasa Marga Group has also become BNI Payroll Client. BNI also distributed unsecured loans (BNI Flexions) and property loans (BNI Griya) to meet consumer financing needs
