KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The Toll Regulation Agency (BPJT) of the Ministry of Public Works and Popular Housing (PU-Pera) is ready to auction off five toll road projects in 2018.
"There are has five initiative projects that are perceived as ready to be marketed, "said BPJT director Herry Trisaputra Zuna during the toll management market consultation on Tuesday (10/7).
The five projects are unsolicited initiated by Toll Road Enterprises (BUJT). It is expected that the auction process can take up to six months before signing.
The five projects, among others, Semanan – Balaraja toll road were approved by the initiative on September 28, 2017. The investment project Rp 16 trillion was initiated by a consortium of PT Alam Sutera Realty and PT Perentjana Djaja.
The Kamal – Teluknaga – Rajeg toll road was approved by the initiative on September 28, 2017. The investment worth project of 23.16 trillion rupees was initiated by PT Duta Graha Karya.
The access to the port of Patimban that was approved by the initiative on November 2, 2017 will also be auctioned in 2018. The Rp 6.4 trillion project was initiated by a PT Jasa consortium Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT Surya Internusa Semusa, PT Daya Mulia Turangga and PT Jasa Sarana.
In addition, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, who created a consortium with PT Daya Mulia Turangga, launched the Gedebage – Tasikmalaya – Cilacap toll road. The project, which was approved on December 20, 2017, is worth an investment of 46.6 trillion rupiahs.
The Balikpapan – North Penajam Paser Bridge Project which was approved by the initiative on March 13, 2018 is also ready for auction. The project with the shareholders of PT Waskita Tol Road, PT KBK, Pemda Benua Taka, North Penajam Paser District and the Balikpapan Second City Municipal Government requires an investment of 16,500 billion rupiahs.
Herry hopes the five projects will soon be auctioned. "The post market survey steps can start the pre-qualification process that can take a month," Herry explained.
