SINGAPORE, KOMPAS.com – Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong expresses his condolences to President Joko Widodo for the devastating earthquake that shook Lombok, East Nusa Tenggara.
In a letter to Jokowi, he admits to being very sad. "I am very saddened by the news of the Lombok earthquake in the east of Nusa Tenggara, causing deaths, injuries and damage," writes Lee, quoted in Straits Times ( 19/9/2010)
