The statement responded to allegations of harbadment and crimes committed by Grab Car's partners against users some time ago. Budi claimed to be angry for the government to take a firm stand if necessary.
"I have often communicated with operators and they have promised advice to their driving partners, but the proof is that there is another incident," he said.
Budi suspects that the case of harbadment is due to the indications given by the applicators of online transport services that do not touch the root of the problem.

The transport observer of the ICT Heru Sutadi Institute agreed that cases of badual harbadment must be treated seriously, in particular the applicator must ensure the safety of the users.

According to Heru, the emergence of requests for freezing operations was well founded, as similar cases of abuse did not occur once. During the 2017-2018 period, cases of badual harbadment by individual driving partners occurred at least 12 times.
