Mount Agung Erupsi, Lion Air Group compensate the passenger

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Lion Air Group compensates all pbadengers for Lion Air, Batik Air, Wings Air and Malindo Air fail to travel to Bali due to eruption of the Mount Agung

Corporate Communications Strategic Danang Mandala Prihantoro said that there were several services and handling provided to pbadengers

The compensation is in the form of deduction of administrative costs (19459006) basic fare ) which was paid by the customer.

"The other policy is to change the flight schedule at no additional cost," added Danang.

Danang also confirmed, Lion Air Group's operations will resume their normal course after Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar, Bali, has been declared safe for the flight.
