The first layer of defense was the Fintech Lending Society which was required to have an internal standard of fair procedural and mechanical billing.

Whereas the second layer of defense is Aftech, which plays a role in risk management and compliance for members of the badociation. The third layer of defense was performed by OJK, examining and evaluating the work of the organizer fintech loan.

Previously, Aftech formed an Ethics Committee, an independent body that oversaw the industrial code of ethics fintech in Indonesia. The Ethics Committee will be led by an Ethics Board composed of three experienced lawyers. In addition, Aftech has also prepared the code of industrial ethics fintech which is now complete and is still waiting for the final approval of OJK.
