Premium Debut, Trimuda Shares Nuansa Citra Terkerek 69.33 Percent

TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – PT Trimuda's courier and freight company Nuansa Citra Tbk today announced its first shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The company with the TNCA stock code has become the 21st largest issuer listed since the beginning of this year.

As part of its securities transaction, TNCA releases 200 million shares, or 47.43% of the total issued and fully paid up capital after the IPO.

IDX 's director of badessment, Samsul Hidayat, said, with the growing number of companies on the stock market, that it was good for the company to do business. IPO a step in the recovery of the company.

Samsul also expects, of course, by becoming an open company, TNCA must adhere to the principle of good corporate governance (GCG).

When it debuted on the EIB, the TNCA stock rose 69.33%, or 104 points, to Rp 254 per share, against a public tender offer of Rp 150 per share.

As part of this IPO, the company has appointed Minna Padi Investama, Panin Sekuritas, Philip Sekuritas, Sekuritas Profindo and Shinhan Sekuritas, Erdikha Elit Sekuritas as subscribers. Meanwhile, Jasa Utama Capital Sekuritas is the subscriber.
