TLR development reaches 39.7% until May 2018

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) noted that Jabodebek's Phase 1 progress in light rail (LRT) construction has reached 39.7%.

Advances in LRT development include progress on each service line, including Cawang-Cibubur 60.7%, Cawang-Kuningan-Dukuh Atas 24.8% and East Cawang-Bekasi 35.3%. He cited the company's disclosure of information in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Thursday (28/06/2018).

Previously, in accordance with the award of PT Adhi Karya Tbk on Presidential Regulation No. 98 of 2015 and its changes, the construction of infrastructure LRT Jabodebek Phase I has been made since September 2015 with Rp 22.8 billion taxes included.

The project includes Joint Services I, including Cawang-Cibubur, Cawang-Kuningan-Dukuh Atas II and Cawang-Bekasi Timur III.

In May 2018, the company recorded a new contract of Rp 5.5 billion growth of 46.3 percent compared with the acquisition of new contracts in April 2018 of Rp 3.8 billion.

The completion of the acquisition of the new contract in May 2018 was Trans Park Bintaro to Rp 744 billion by Adhi Persada Building, Jakarta Property Cikunir Urban of Rp 657.1 billion, which through Adhi Persada Building and Joyoboyo Surabaya Terminal of Rp 94.7 billion.

The contribution of each business sector to the acquisition of new contracts in May 2018 is dominated by construction and energy activities of 91.2%, real estate 7.2 % and the rest by other sectors of activity.

On the basis of financing segmentation, the realization of the new contract consists of government accounted for 12.4 percent, state-owned enterprises 30.2 percent, and private 57.4 percent.

While in the type of work, the acquisition of new PT Adhi Karya Tbk contracts consists of building projects up to 78.8 percent, road projects and bridges up to 11, 8 percent, and other infrastructure projects 9.4 percent.
