"The Wall" returns to production for season 3 with Hardwick once again behind the microphone
A week after AMC announced that Chris Hardwick would return to the network and "Talking Dead", NBC confirms that the host will also be back on Peabad.
NBC did not take any initial action on Hardwick because it was not in the air of the network when the allegations were brought against the host, accusing him of of badual badault. But now, Hardwick will indeed appear on the August 7 episode of NBC's "America's Got Talent" as a guest judge. He is also confirmed to continue as host of "The Wall" when he returns to the network for season 3. (Production resumes this fall on "The Wall.")
NBC declined to comment on whether it conducted its own investigation or was inspired by the recent CMA decision to put Hardwick back on the screen.
Hardwick was accused of badual abuse by ex-girlfriend Chloe Dykstra in an average essay written last month. In the piece, Dykstra detailed an abusive relationship, years with an anonymous man whose readers quickly deduced Hardwick.
After the post, AMC ripped off Hardwick's "Talking With Chris Hardwick" out of the air and Hardwick resigned from hosting AMC's "The Walking Dead" and "Fear the Walking Dead" panels. Comic-Con of San Diego
But Hardwick was reinstated last week and will be back as host of "Talking Dead" when he returns on August 12th.
