Brandi Glanville has been accused of attacking an actor at a Halloween party this weekend – but she denies any involvement.

Kobie actor "DJ K-LUV," Randolph, accused Glanville, 45, of badaulting him during the Casamigos Halloween party in Beverly Hills, Calif., Friday, reported TMZ.

Randolph claimed that after attending the bash, he met Glanville, who was there with his former romantic partner, according to the newspaper. TMZ also reported that Randolph had filed a police report for battery against Glanville, although no arrests were made after cops showed up at the party.

An officer from the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that a battery report had been filed on Friday and that no arrests had been made, although they were not allowed. have not been able to identify the author of the report or its intended recipient.
