Andy Dick was charged with a charge of badual battery charges and a simple battery charge, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office confirmed to Variety Monday.
According to the prosecutor's office, both charges occurred as a result of an incident that occurred on April 5. TMZ reported that Dick would have touched and made inappropriate comments to a woman 's place while she was pbading him on a sidewalk. The alleged victim then reported the incident to the police. The comedian, who has a history of controversial badual behavior, will face charges in court on July 8 in Department 101 of the Van Nuys courthouse.
Dick has been attacked in the past for inappropriate activities, including several suspected cases of indecent exposure while intoxicated. He was fired from the independent film "Raising Buchanan" in October as a result of badual harbadment and allegations of misconduct on the set. In 2007, Dick was forcibly removed from the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" scene for repeatedly touching and trying to kiss another guest, Ivanka Trump.
