Rapper Mac Miller reportedly died of an apparent overdose at the age of 26.

In May, singer/actress Ariana Grande and rapper Mac Miller split after two years together. When his fans blamed her for his subsequent DUI, she responded that she wasn’t obligated to stay in a toxic relationship just because he wrote a song about her. After he died of a reported overdose on Sept. 7, his friend Shane Powers defended Grande, saying she’d actually been “unbelievably involved and helpful” when Miller first got sober.(Photo: Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic)

Ariana Grande’s latest tribute to Mac Miller is giving fans a personal look at their relationship.

Grande took to her Instagram Story on Monday to share a video of Miller in a suit, interacting with Grande’s grandmother. In the clip, Grande’s late ex-boyfriend looks back at the camera, presumably with Grande behind it, smiling and laughing.

Miller died in September of a suspected drug overdose at age 26.

Grande had previously posted on her social media accounts about Miller, sharing pictures of him and calling him “the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved.” The two broke up in May.

The most recent post came just days after her reported breakup with comedian Pete Davidson. Davidson recently spoke out about their split, joking about it at his first stage appearance since they called it quits.

“Um, I’ve been covering a bunch of tattoos, that’s fun,” Davidson said. “I’m (expletive) 0 for 2 in the tattoo (department). Yeah, I’m afraid to get my mom tattooed on me, that’s how bad it is.”

Last week, the pop star addressed the breakup on social media, calling it “very sad” in a since-deleted Instagram story.

“Time to say bye bye to the internet for just a lil bit,” she posted. “it’s hard not to bump news n stuff that i’m not tryna to see rn. It’s very sad and we’re all tryin very hard to keep goin. Love u. And thank u for bein here always.”
