Conor McGregor has avoided a sentence of imprisonment and has been facing criminal charges against him dismissed on a melee in Brooklyn this year.

At a hearing held today, McGregor and his co-defendant, Cian Cowley, were informed that the serious charges laid against the incident would be reduced to a disorderly conduct account.
