The top Irish GAA players and their prestigious partners have donned their red carpet for the 2018 PwC All Star Awards.
At the first award of the night, David Clifford, sensational Kerry striker, won the Young Footballer of the Year award in front of Brian Howard of Dublin and Michael McKernan of Tyrone.
Limerick was the big winner of the 2018 All Star Team revelation, with Sean Finn, Richie English, Declan Hannon, Cian Lynch, Graeme Mulcahy and Dan Morrissey, all awarded by the All-Ireland Champions.
The Irish finalists, Galway, had three players, Joe Canning, Pauric Mannion and Daithi Burke both in contention.
Cork also had three men on the team – Patrick Horgan, Seamus Harnedy and Darragh Fitzgibbon – while Clare contributed to two with Peter Duggan and John Conlon. Kilkenny goaltender Eoin Murphy completed the team.
Kyle Hayes, a young rider from the under treaty county, missed the All Star, but made up for the feat by winning the Young Screamer of the Year award.
