This was a case of double celebrations for the Brogan family this week after the legendary wife Bernard of Dublin gave birth to twin babies.
With four members of the Brogan family having already played for the Boys in Blue, two more could be in the running for years to come.
The wife of Bernard, Keira, gave birth to the two boys, Donagh and Keadán. The Rotunda Hospital Tuesday
Writing on social media tonight, the 34-year-old man said, "I have never felt so blessed. Thank you to my beautiful wife for bringing me so much joy. "
He also shared a picture of him holding his babies

His brother Paul – a former footballer from Dublin – had earlier posted a photo online of Brogan and family and friends celebrating the two newcomers
The couple only revealed Keira's pregnancy about six weeks ago, when she was in her third trimester
Brogan posted a photo on Instagram, saying: "This is the summer of 2018."
