Micromax Televisions Android: Micromax launches its first Android TVs with Chromecast integrated from 51,990 Rs.

NEW DELHI: Micromax Informatics Ltd launched on Friday its first Android TV on Google certified in two variants. The 49-inch and 55-inch TVs are priced at Rs 51,990 and Rs 61,990, respectively.

"The new range addresses consumers who want an unforgettable experience and want to access the smart content of Android on a clearer, sharper and sharper screen. We are committed to developing this category and consolidating our position on the television segment in India, "said Rohan Agarwal, director, Micromax Informatics Ltd.

It uses the latest Android Oreo, has Dolby and DTS sound certifications, Quad Core A53 processor, 2.5GB DDR3 RAM and 16GB EMMC flash memory, built-in Chromecast, Google badistant with voice search and command wireless smartphone, among others.

The TVs will be available in stores this month, the company said.
