JONESBORO, Ga. – Offset of hip hop group Migos faces two felony crime charges after he and his bodyguard were shot outside of Atlanta . Clayton County Police Sergeant Ashanti Marbury told WXIA-TV that an officer stopped a Porsche 911 on Friday afternoon for failing to keep up his track.

Police say that Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was behind the wheel. The vehicle smelled of marijuana, prompting authorities to search the car and find three rifles and less than an ounce of marijuana, police said.

The 26-year-old man is on probation for an arrest in 2015 for drug trafficking and weapons. He is now charged with possession of a firearm by a criminal and possession of a weapon during a crime. He also faces charges of possession of marijuana and misplacement. We do not know if he has a lawyer.

The development comes a few weeks after Offset and Cardi B welcomed their little daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus. Cardi B recently tweeted that she quietly married Offset in September because "there are times that I want to keep for myself".
