Snapchat users can now search the thousands of built-in application lenses created with the help of Lens Studio's social media site and use them as filters for their posts on the social network.

Now, with the new Lens Explorer feature, the expanded Snapchat user base will be able to discover new lenses from the Carousel that appears at the bottom of the camera screen in the application.
Users will soon be able to tap on a new face icon that appears here, then select different lenses created by Studio to try for themselves.
The social media application confirmed that the new Explorer tool would begin to be deployed on Apple Initially, iOS users, and once live, would also allow users to find new lenses via the search bar of the application as well as via the Carousel.
Snapchat added that the announcement was part of a broader business plan aimed at fostering and supporting a community of developers on the platform.
