Dermot Weld presents Tarnawa here, a Shamardal filly of Tarana, a mare of Cape Cross who once raced in Galway, winning the Listed Oyster Stakes at the September meeting.
She seeks to make her work, however, from a high door against Hermosa, a beautifully high Galilean girl driven by Aidan O 'Brien and much better shot in one.
Hermosa is almost certainly a group horse, well liked in relative terms on his debut at Curragh a month ago and a catchy fourth. She looks like one of the week's bets under Donnacha O 'Brien.
It is hard to think of anything else to win. That said, gold memory can probably increase a bit of his debut for Ger Lyons.

Would be King's followers in Dundalk recently, when he was returned to 1-4, may have reservations about going back in again – but they do not need it.
