Vodafone Ireland customers have experienced service interruptions this afternoon.
Many mobile users have turned to social media to complain about the loss of coverage and the decline in their signal.
It seems that the problem has affected the customers in several counties of the state.
The network provider raised the problem with his network team who studied and solved the problem.
"Vodafone Ireland is aware of a network problem that has affected some of our customers for a very short period of time," reads a company statement.
"This question has now been resolved and regular service is back in place."
Vodafone is excused for the inconvenience caused and updates the customers on their social channels.
