The very first biotech plant will be established in the city of Eilat, in southern Israel, to produce a new AIDS drug, the Ministry of Economy said.
The drug, called Gammora is developed by the Israeli pharmaceutical company Zion Medical and has been successfully tested on humans.

A total of 30 million US dollars will be invested in the development center, of which 9 million will be allocated by the ministry.
The factory will cost an additional $ 90 million.
