With a term of 5 years for an amount exceeding 150 million euros, the loan was secured by a pool of banks including Bnp Paribas, Crdit Agricole Cib and the same Ubi Banca.

Gioia 22 will have more than 6,000 square meters of photovoltaic panels This will enable a 75% reduction in energy requirements compared to Milan's latest executive towers, a record for a building of this type that allows it to meet high standards. The interiors are designed as a meeting place for people, as a place of sharing, for intelligent work and even relaxation. The offices can accommodate up to 2,700 people. The basement of the building, which houses more than 350 parking spaces, technical spaces and storage space, includes a three-level entrance hall, multi-purpose flooring and a large terrace. A system of 12 elevators serves the building to the highest standards. Completion planned for 2020.
