What will change for bookings made from July 1, 2018?
· Travelers will benefit from the same protections, regardless of the channel (online or offline) used to purchase the package.
· The organizer you can increase the price not more than 8% and up to twenty days before departure. The increase is allowed only if it is provided in the contract and concerns the cost of fuel, taxes and the exchange rate. If these costs decrease, travelers may request a price reduction.
· If natural disasters, acts of terrorism or epidemics prevent travel to destination as provided for in the travel contract, travelers may terminate the contract
· Purchase of tourist services by online booking process, made with separate payments to different providers and without pbadenger data transmission, from one to the other, will be guaranteed by the insolvency protection or the bankruptcy of the organizer and / or the seller
· In case of discrepancy of the services included in the package, you can get a price reduction, the termination of the contract until compensation for the damage of holidays in ruins .
Travelers can claim services against the organizer rightly or through the seller.
