Sweden, the new Sexual Consent Act comes into force: without a rape agreement, it is explicit

It came into force in Sweden the Sexual Consent of Eggs Act who considers rape as a badual act without explicit agreement, even in the absence of threats or violence. The law now provides that anyone who has committed a badual act is considered guilty of rape with another person who did not participate "freely".
