How to manage the permits of the law 104/1992 in case of closure of the company during the vacation period

The Law 104 / 1992 ] the legislative reference "for badistance, social integration and the rights of persons with disabilities". Indeed, on the one hand, the employer has the right, for production needs, to decide to provide for a planned use of vacation and closure over a specified period, on the other hand, the Constitution establishes the irreconcilable with the law of the holiday worker, whose purpose is to guarantee the worker the recovery of the psychophysical energies used in the exercise of the professional activity.
