Genoa – Sandro Biasotti presents the merger of the Biasotti group with the Piedmontese group Utili: "This is the right way to develop, we have to team up between Liguria and Piedmont, because we know that Lombardy now has a history on its own". The group will achieve a turnover of 400 million euros. At the rendezvous they participated the presidents of Liguria and Piedmont, Giovanni Toti and Sergio Chiamparino, the mayor of Genoa Marco Bucci, president of the Confindustria Boccia.
