Boring Company of Elon Musk announced that it was abandoning the project to build a super-technological underground tunnel for urban transportation under Highway 405, along the Los Westside Angeles. The decision was made following a connection established with certain groups in the Californian city.
The groups had sued in Los Angeles the decision to exempt the project from an environmental review process. The company said in a statement that it would instead focus on building an operating tunnel at Dodger Stadium. Last year, Musk introduced this plan as an innovative system to bypbad Highway 405, one of the busiest sections of the United States.
