Tragedy along the aretine section of the A1.
Tonight at 9:56 pm, along the south track of the Autosole, at kilometer 341, shortly after the exit of Valdarno, an incident involving a woman and her son. The young man, 30 years old and from Rome, died as a result of the impact.
The two, probably due to a car breakdown, stopped by car along the A1 and got off the vehicle. The son would have taken the center of the track and would have been submerged by a truck coming in the opposite direction. The driver was found in front of him and could not avoid the impact. The man was killed almost on the spot, while his mother, apparently saving her son, was seriously injured.
For the woman, the Pegasus has been alerted and must be transported to the hospital in red.
