Founded in 1996 in Saluzzo, in northwestern Italy, by Carlo Marco Cavallo and Alessandra Rinaudo, Nicole is a leading company in the creation and distribution of wedding and ceremony dresses, with a portfolio of leading brands (among "Nicole", "Alessandra Rinaudo" and "Colet") spread across 40 countries and which has grown rapidly over the last twenty years, so that today's group employs 110 people worldwide and manages five mono-brand stores in Italy and distributes its creations through more than 800 authorized dealers.

The collaboration with Nicole will allow Pronovias to strengthen its leadership and brand portfolio in Europe, further developing growth opportunities in several countries. In recent years, the brand has expanded its product line, creating collections in the ceremonial, accessories, bridesmaids and curvy sectors.
