Medical Certification
The attending physician, after verifying the worker's state of health, must establish the appropriate sickness certificate and the transmitted to the INPS electronically the next day to that of the visit. The worker can at any time see the medical certificate and the related certificate without diagnosis by accessing with his own identifiers to the INPS portal, also to check the accuracy of the data reported in the certification.
The worker is also required to promptly inform the employer of the absence.
