(ANSA) – ROME, 27 NOVEMBER – 27 offers received for 6
buildings, lighthouses, towers and coastal buildings, proposed by the State
for the 2018 edition of the Progetto Valore-Fari for the
recovery and reuse of coastal structures of historical value and
landscaping owned by the state.
This year's edition, launched on July 27th,
these were public tenders for the rental of premises up to
a maximum of 50 years.
The tenders received are as follows: in Tuscany they are
There are 8 offers of Villa Celestina in Rosignano Marittimo
(LI), and 8 offers for the Forte di Castagneto Carducci (LI).
In the Venice Lagoon, the Octagon of Ca Roman received 3
offer; 3 offers also for the former Cologne Onfa in Ravenna in
Emilia Romagna; in Campania, the ex-powder complex of Bacoli
(NA) has received 4 offers; in Liguria in Camogli (GE) the lighthouse
Semaforo Nuovo, overlooking the sea on the promontory of Parco di
Portofino, received 1 offer.
