LATINA – On Wednesday 28 November at 4 pm at the headquarters of Federlazio di Latina (Piazza Mercato, 11), will be held the seminar "The transition to electronic invoicing: for an organized management of business processes". The 2018 Finance Act established the mandatory nature of the electronic invoice for all persons holding the VAT number. As of July 1, 2018, the obligation for sub-contractors of the public administration has already been contracted, while from January 1, 2019, the electronic invoice will also be mandatory for exchanges business
