Who receives the pension or the social allowance is entitled to receive the additional sum paid by the INPS in July?
In addition to the recognition of the pension for thirteen months, the INPS also corresponds to the retirees: an additional sum, the fourteenth: this should not be confused with the fourteenth which is incumbent on the employees (if the collective agreement the provides), because it is not an additional month, but a variable allowance, which depends on the income of the concerned and can not exceed 655 euros, regardless of the amount of the pension. The fourteenth is not for all retirees, but only for those who meet certain economic requirements. In addition, it is not all pensions: some benefits do not qualify for this allowance. In this respect, the question arises as to whether those who receive social pensions, social allowances or other similar forms of badistance are entitled to social benefits. In other words, the fourteenth with social allowance: is it you?
On which pensions are the fourteenth?
The fourteenth, in general, is recognized on social security benefits, which depend on an existing insurance relationship between the person concerned and the INPS. The following persons are entitled to the fourteenth pensioners who receive:
- a retirement pension,
- a retirement pension,
- an early retirement pension,
- an ordinary disability allowance,
- ] a disability pension;
- a survivor's pension, that is to say of reversibility or indirect pensions
to be recognized as the fourteenth by the INPS, must be paid:
- by l & # 39; compulsory general insurance of the INPS, to which generality of the employees, artisans, traders, farmers and sharecroppers
- forms substitutive exclusive and exonerative of the same (that is, for example, electric, old Inps-Inpdap-Ipost, Enpals, etc.); they are social security schemes that still belong to the INPS
What are the pensions that do not go to the fourteenth?
The fourteenth is not however about pensions paid by pension plans outside the INPS, as the cases of freelancers . It is not excluded that these funds, however, provide similar treatment to members who are in particular economic conditions.
The fourteenth is not recognized, moreover, on the treatment of badistance as civil disability pensions, Rei inclusion income, war pensions and Inail pensions
Whereas the social allowance consists of a treatment of badistance, the fourteenth Inps on this grant is not due, because it is not on the social pension.
Even if social allowance beneficiaries are not entitled to the fourteenth, the INPS recognizes their additional surcharges. More specifically, the amount of the social allowance may be increased, through two surcharges different :
- increase of 12, 92 euros monthly, due, from 2001 [1] to all those over the age of 65, and an income of less than 6,056.96 euros, whether they are single, or less than 12,653.42 euros, if married; for the total amount, an income of less than 5.889 euros is required, if he is not married, or less than 12.485,46 euros, if he is married,
- supplement of 190.86 euros due, from 2002 [2] to pensioners aged at least 70, whose income is less than or equal to 8,370.18 euros, if they are single, or 14,259.18 euros if they are married; for the total amount, an income of less than 5 889 euros is required, if he is not married, or less than 11 788 euros when he is married; this bonus can also be applied to minors under 70 who have paid a certain amount of contributions: in particular, the reduction of age is calculated on the basis of 1 year every 5 years of contribution (for example, if Tizio has 10 years of membership, can access the increase at age 68.)
The increase and the increase can be granted to a lesser extent until 39. at the income limit.
The following earnings are excluded from the calculation:
- Family Welfare,
- Allowances and Allowances for Assistance and Assistance,
- War Pensions,
- Compensation for Damages Caused by transfusions and vaccinations
- income from the principal residence
