The ministry said it had tried to find a mediation "in the interest of customers" with Tesla, but failed to achieve it. Hence the decision to seek restitution of inducement. According to the Baba the Model S of 60,000 euros was only "virtual", that is, put on a list only to allow customers to access the contribution. The builder, of course, challenges the rebuilding of the ministry and has said that he wants to support the customers who will receive Bafa's letter. Tesla will anticipate the sum and will appeal the provision requesting the disbursement again.
In addition to the 800 incentives already authorized, there are also other practices already rejected. The car had already been eliminated from the "eligible" list because, according to the department, it was not available. Tesla badures rather than he delivered this type of car to customers.
The government's incentive to accelerate the deployment of electric vehicles was introduced in July 2016. Two levels expected: 4,000 euros for zero emission cars and 3000 for the hybrid . Since the beginning of the year in Germany, 14,500 electric cars have been sold, 1% of the total, with around 5,000 charging stations available.
