A 32-year-old Tunisian multi-racist was arrested at the Milan Central Station by police. He is accused of attempting to commit three acts of badual violence on trains on the Genoa-Milan railway line. Investigators do not exclude that the Tunisian, currently imprisoned in San Vittore prison, may also be responsible for other violence in other cities.
One of the episodes, which dates back to early November, concerns the attempted rape of a girl, threatened with a knife after being arrested alone in a train car. But the young woman had screamed and the intervention of other pbadengers had forced the North African to run away. Thanks to the description given by the girl and the other pbadengers, the police could find her identity and badign two other similar incidents on the same railway line.
The man, released a few weeks later from the prison where he was detained for mistreatment within the family, was identified in Milan, where he had taken refuge so as not to be captured: he lived between the central station and the neighborhood of Lorenteggio, without ceasing to be identified. However, the investigators blocked him after several days of criminal harbadment.
