INPS: from January to May 2018, increase of unlimited transformations

The INPS announced on July 19, 2018 the data collected by the Observatory on Insecurity with reference to May 2018.

Against an increase in recruitments, over the period January – May 2018, equal to 9.8% over the same period of 2017, the increase of transformations from a fixed term to an indefinite period which recorded a sharp increase over the same period last year, is also confirmed (+45, 7%). On the contrary, apprenticeships confirmed at the end of the training period have decreased.

Terminations are up 14.3, especially after the end of fixed-term contracts and in the administration.

Triennial Exemption

During the first five months of 2018 50 998 labor relations were encouraged with the expected benefits of the three-year exemption for the activation of indeterminate contracts half of them are linked to permanent changes.
