Lavazza, bonus of 250 euros for those who make a child (and a price for those who get married)

A baby bonus of 250 euros gross for those who will make a child or adopt one. This is the proposal reserved for 200 employees of the establishment Lavazza of Settimo Torinese in the province of Turin . This "incentive" would be provided, as confirmed by Denis Vayr of Flai Cgil by the Supplementary Agreement for the period 2018-2021. The additional monthly payment

The new contract also confirms a monthly payment in addition, punctually, at the 25th and 35th years of service, a kind of seniority bonus. The agreement, also approved almost unanimously in the bademblies, provides for this year a price of about 3,100 euros linked to performance group and factory. From 2019 could trigger recruitment related to new productions.
