Mercatone Uno: concluded sale of shops – Emilia-Romagna

(ANSA) – IMOLA (BOLOGNA), JULY 6 – Mercatone Uno concluded
the sale of 68 outlets of the group, in administration
extraordinary, by signing the agreement with the unions for the
sale of the last 13 stores in Cosmo Spa, brand Abruzzo
Low cost (Globo), a week after the agreement reached
for the first 55 spent at Shernon Holding Srl.
This agreement, says the three Commissioners, provides for
285 jobs out of the 566 jobs in the
transfer scope, increased by 100 more within 24 months
