The amendment to the anti-corruption bill providing for the suspension of the limitation period after the first sentence has been submitted to the Justice Committee of the House. The amendment does not bear the signature of the Minister of Justice but rapporteurs of the provision, deputies M5S Businarolo and Forciniti.
The amendment was announced by the Minister of Justice, Bonafede, who asks if there is the green light of the League: "It was introduced because it is part of the government contract" 11
