The obligation to communicate with Enea for the work that gives right to the bonus to the renovation of the building is planned for all completed work. from 1 January 2018.
HOW TO MAKE COMMUNICATION – The transmission portal to ENEA is available online for the information needed to obtain the 50% tax deductions (home premium) relating to building interventions and technologies involving energy savings and / or the use of renewable sources of energy, carried out from the year 2018 onwards. The communication must therefore be sent to the site. ristrutturazioni2018.enea.it, within 90 days from the date of completion of the work or the test. Only for interventions whose completion date (or test date) is between January 1, 2018 and November 21, 2018, the 90-day term begins on that date.
WHO MUST DO – The realization of Enea communication is the responsibility of the citizens; condos; companies that are renovating and saving energy.
WHERE IT IS MANDATORY – Enea itself has stated that "since the purpose of the law is energy monitoring, ENEA believes that data transmission must take place only for interventions reducing energy consumption or use of renewable energy sources, typically those provided by Presidential Decree 917/86, art. 16.bis, letter h "The interventions concern:
- ordinary and extraordinary maintenance;
- restoration;
- restructuring;
- wiring;
- sound pollution
- energy saving and antiseismic;
- Security;
- Mobile bonuses (if connected to other renovations, the furniture is also intended for a different room than the one to be restored.
Here is the list of works for which Enea communication is mandatory:
CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURES:
- reduction of the transmittance of the vertical walls which delimit the heated environments of the outside, the cold rooms and the ground;
- reduction of transmittances of opaque horizontal and inclined structures (coatings) delimiting heated environments from the outside and cold rooms;
- reduction of the thermal transmittance of the floors which delimit the heated rooms of the outside, the cold rooms and the soil.
LIGHTING:
- reduction of shutter transmittance, including window frames that delineate heated rooms from the outside and cold rooms.
Household appliances: Only if they are linked to a property restoration project started on January 1st, 2017. In particular:
- furnaces;
- refrigerators;
- dishwasher;
- electric cooktops;
- washer, dryer;
- washing machine.
TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS:
- installation of solar collectors (thermo-solar) for the production of domestic hot water and / or space heating;
- replacement of heat generators by condensing boilers for space heating (with or without domestic hot water production) or for the production of hot water only for several users and possible adaptation of the system
- replacement of the generators by condensation air heat generators and possible adaptation of the system;
- heat pumps for space conditioning and possible adaptation of the system;
- hybrid systems (condensing boiler and heat pump) and possible adaptation of the system;
- microcogenerators (Pe <50kWe);
- water heater with heat pump;
- biombad heat generators;
- installation of heat measurement systems in centralized systems for various users;
- installation of thermoregulation and building automation systems;
- installation of photovoltaic systems.
