Ruby ter: collected, the process slipped in September. Imane Fadil: "A scandal, we are two victims"

Monday, after months and months, came the scheduled meeting of the two parts of the Ruby ter proceedings, with the central accusation of corruption in the court documents, which resulted in a single lawsuit against the leader Forza Italia Silvio Berlusconi and 27 other defendants, including Karima El Mahroug herself and a series of young people from Arcore's evenings at the test bench in the Ruby case trials. The debate, incardinated Monday morning, however, was postponed immediately after the summer, to 24 September, because the defenses, including that of the former Prime Minister, have requested and obtained a deadline to prepare the discussion on the civil parties. The thread of the proceedings, which saw the defendants Berlusconi and 23 others, had started a year and a half ago but remained stationary to wait for the other installment. Attorney Luca Gaglio tried to oppose the postponement by pointing out that the requests for the constitution of the civil parties, including the presidency of the Council, had been filed for some time, but the judges of the seventh criminal court confirmed the requirements of the defenses.
