(ANSA) – ROME, JULY 19 – A seismic sequence is in progress at
feet of Etna, in the province of Catania. The Institute reports it
National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (Ingv).
Between 22h56 yesterday and 00h22 there were more than ten shakes
(considering only those whose magnitude is equal to or greater than 2)
recorded in the region, including two of magnitude 3.6 and 3.5 against
around 11:20 pm with the epicenter near Ragalna.
No damage to people or property is currently reported.
