Sondrio, July 10, 2018 – The charges against them are disrupted by auction, bribe, fraud and embezzlement . For these crimes, 9 people, including three officers of the company Secam, were under house arrest. They are Amerigo Piasini, Daniele Bormolini and Diego Samaden, the three directors of the owned company; and entrepreneurs: Achille Gusmerini (sole director of EdilGa di Berbenno), Pietro and Pierlorenzo Della Bona (Della Bona constructions of Tirano) and Mauro Vanini, Armando Maria Gilardi and Sergio Liccardo, outside the province. They are the protagonists of the investigation called "Green"
in all 26 surveyed for a series of bids awarded to "usual friends" in exchange for favors and bribes. A system, according to Sondrio's prosecutor's office and the mobile police squad, has been tested. And from 2014 to 2016, he scored several episodes: 16 total competitions conditioned in their performance by agreements, 2 fraud aggravated against Secam, 8 episodes of corruption and 2 embezzlement badumptions. According to what investigators have collected, in 24 months, officials would receive favors or bribes, some of a few thousand euros and others whose value had not been completely rebuilt. Admittedly, in some cases, the figures were not insignificant, since they had pushed one of the alleged corrupt to complain about big bills (from 500 euros , note). The bids were also of variable value (between 10 thousand and 150 thousand euros). Thus, the relationship with the Secam employee appeared, followed by a series of disputed episodes. Sondrio's public prosecutor, Claudio Gittardi, and the commissioner, Gerardo Acquaviva, both expressed their great satisfaction for the work done together.
