Al Museum of Contemporary Photography from Cinisello Balsamo, until 14 October the exhibition Supercity can be visited! Cusanello San Dugnano . The exhibition, which comes from a project involving four photographic circles from as many municipalities near Milan, tells the metropolitan area of Milan in the eyes of those who live it, and collects the work of more than 70 authors. The project is the result of a trip, designed and coordinated by Matteo Balduzzi that the museum began in early 2018 with three outstanding curators: the photographer Giorgio Barrera the journalist Michele Smargibadi and the photo-editor Renata Ferri . The authors were accompanied in the construction of an exhibition project with an ambitious goal: to show through the images the complexity of a rapidly evolving territory that hosts over 220 000 inhabitants, involving the audience in an ironic and surprising journey between photographic practices. To make the variety and the many facets of the territory, nearly 800 images will be presented, different in terms of genre, language, format and method of exhibition. A wide selection of photographs that describe the cityscape, nature and society in a fluid and spontaneous way, next to the 24-hour section in life that collects photographs taken during the course of the day. a twenty-four-hour photographic marathon in the four municipalities.
