Since birth, Maya has known nothing but the explosions, air raids and desperation of the Syrian people besieged by a seven-year-long conflict. The same who forced Maya and her family to leave their city, Aleppo, after the terrible siege that almost destroyed it.

Once in a refugee camp of Idlib his father decided to manufacture two prostheses to allow him to move between the tents and protect his skin from dust and soil.
