Beauty blogger James Charles has released a 41-minute "finale" video defending the claims of his former "mentor", Tati Westbrook, that he "cheated a man of race into thinking he was gay "at his birthday dinner.

Detailed narratives of the time James was overly sexual with men were mentioned in Tati's video titled "Bye Sister's", including a tale of the time when YouTuber had attended at his birthday dinner earlier this year.

"He said things about a situation that happened in Seattle on my birthday and that literally made me want to throw up," she said at the time.

James, on the other hand, lost three million followers and went from 16.5 million to 13.4 million after the release of the video.

"I knew it would cause a lot of controversy, I know it," Tati said of her first video. "But I did not think it would reach such a magnitude. I did not think it was possible.

"I thought I would be the one to take the hit," she continued.

Tati then implored people not to "cancel" James and put an end to the hatred towards YouTuber.
