JAMESTOWN, ND (NewsDakota.com) – Kim Diede used her childhood in the Jamestown area to write her current series “Celia’s Gifts”.

Diede says she was a little late to write.

She pointed out that she is not a full time writer, but actually writes in her spare time while working full time.

Since starting to write, Diede has published six books and is currently working on her seventh. Although she enjoys both fiction and non-fiction, she says the inspiration of her “Aunt Mary” inspired her first novel and continues to fuel the plots of her series.

Diede added that his goal is to develop stories readers can relate to about people who feel like friends.

“I love a good horror story as much as the next person, but in a world filled with sadness and tragedy, my mission is to deliver stories that inspire hope and optimism against fear and hate. “says Diede.

Diede will be at a signing session this Saturday, September 25 at the Sapphire Gallery from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. She says she will also be signing books that were purchased before her visit.
