Jamie Spears wants to go out as a conservative of his daughter, at least until January 20, 2020.

Jamie wants a temporary curator … Jodi Montgomery, which he describes as Britneyresponsible for care over the past year … who, he said, has the ability to assume those responsibilities.
As we reported, Jamie's team believed Kevin Federline and or Lynne Spears could try and challenge its conservation, following criminal investigation regarding Jamie's confrontation with 13-year-old Britney's son, Sean.
According to the docs, Jamie asks the judge to give Montgomery the same powers as him, which includes –
1. The power to restrict or limit visitors by any means.
2. The power to keep guardians and Britney's security 24 hours a day.
3. The power to prosecute restrictive measures of civil harassment.
4. The power to communicate with expert medical personnel regarding Britney and to have full access to her medical and psychiatric records.
Montgomery has already agreed to act as a temporary curator.
Jamie wants an expedited hearing for next Monday. He also said that Britney was "able but not willing" to attend the hearing. He also says that she does not want to challenge the procedure and does not object to Montgomery's temporary appointment to the Conservative position.
