Vin Diesel teased on the casting of John Cena in the ninth installment of Fast furious in April on Instagram, and Universal officially confirmed Friday that the blockers the actor is a lock.
The character of Cena is hidden, the only word that comes to mind is that he plays "a tough guy". Dwayne Johnson, it is said, will not be Fast & Furious 9.
Dan Casey is writing the storyline of a Justin Lin story. Production will begin later this month for release on May 22, 2020.
