John Wick Hex is the first licensed game from Bithell Games, an independent darling

Mike Bithell has made a name for himself with independent games such as Thomas Was Alone and Subsurface Circular. Now his studio Bithell Games is working on his first licensed game – John Wick Hex, which the publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment and Lionsgate call "action-oriented strategy game". Exclusive store at launch (which has not been announced yet).

This is the first licensed game from Bithell Studio. He released Thomas Was Alone in 2012, establishing Bithhell as an independent game developer known for his thrilling style and enigma-driven gameplay. He has sold more than one million copies on many platforms. And even though he told us in an interview in 2017 that Thomas Was Alone was the first time he wrote something, he did a fantastic interactive fiction with his 2017 version of Subsurface Circular.

In 2017, John Wick: Chronicles is released for virtual reality on Steam.

John Wick Hex will have a black style and will feature the style of the movies (the latest movie, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, opens May 17) and stars Ian McShane (who plays Winston in the movies) and Lance Reddick (Charon in John Wick 2). It presents an original story and, as you progress, you will unlock new weapons, suit options (John Wick stylin, after all) and places. Your tactic will change with every weapon you use. No unlimited ammo either!
